A big part of what drew me to the Global Studies Program was because of my interest in the health field. From a young age I knew that I wanted to become a doctor, so being able to expand my knowledge on global health and human rights through the Global Studies program will enhance my understanding of the world. Through Global Studies, I have the opportunity to learn about different communities, cultures, and encounter real-world experiences that will allow me to share my knowledge outside of the program.
